It is very true that it is important to see the signs that your child may be suffering from depression or anger both sometimes but to address it and be there for them and don't be afraid of what your child will think if you ask questions or want to get help.
If I didn't have parents that cared enough about me and ask questions and even annoy me sometimes I might not be here today. I was going down the wrong path and to me it seems to be over night because I was not willing to look at all of the warning signs or maybe it was because I could not see it because I was in the middle of it.
The important thing is love and listening and if you can not do it ask for help it will be ok and all of you can get threw this time in your life's and be stronger in the end for it.

I do feel that sometimes teenagers are almost set up to fail, It is mostly overlooked when things happen that are life changing or when the expectations become to high and unreachable;it is amazing at the stress teenagers put on themselves and then to add the stress they take on for their family to help out. It is true what the article said that they are just teens, they have not yet been able to fully learn how to take it all in and probably deal with it. That was my problem I became over stressed and turned to depression and drugs and alcohol luckily for me I was saved from completely downfall thanks to this page InsightPros.Com.
